I have an activated 3G phone working on a Go Phone card here in the US. Question is will it work in Germany on an approved SIM? I have a buyer there...

If its not AT&T....it has to be unlocked.

Wait, if its an official contract carrier shouldn't it work without being unlocked?

That's what I thought. When I got this phone it was on the connect to iTunes screen. I put in the activated AT& T sim and it synched to iTunes and activated. Shouldn't it do the same with T Mobile in Germany?

I would think it should if your buyer gets a tmobile Germany contract.
