    Default Sorry, but a couple newbie questions

    I tried searching but I just got irrelevant results

    I just jailbroke my phone, and I had to go from 2.0.2 to 2.0.1 and now I can't sync my stuff because my version is too old, can I update my firmware regularly or will it get locked?

    I don't have Wi-Fi, and I don't want to use Softbank's internet because 2MB is like 1000 yen (10USD~), is there any easy way I can use my internet on my laptop to access cydia/installer or at least connect my iphone into my laptop and get internet through there?
