wallpaper wont change

hello i just got a new iphone 3g never jailbroken or unlocked or anything and i try to change the wallpaper and it wont change

(the lockscreen wallpaper)


please help

i have the exact same problem,its a brand new 3g fido iPhone,which is not even jailbroken but despite i cant change my wallpaper,please help!!

Please help as most suggestions r for jailbroken or unlocked iPhone,nothing for brand new not jailbroken iPhone.I've been researching for over an hour with no luck,please help guys!
