b4 u take it back...try explaining it a little more. all we know is that there is a dead section...that might be fixable, idk tho

and yes, if u take it back, it cannot be jailbroken

ok i jailbroke it wit ziphone and then i installed summerboard and a patch 4 it the patch worked cuz i was able to download themes so then the next day i had half a day of school and it was working fine jailebroken and when i got home the middle didnt work like a whole strip from 789 buttons on the fone keypad so it was fried there i restord it now all my stuff is back normal 1.1.3 wit 4.03 all #s the same cant even tell that it was jb and i calld apple they gave me some bull S*** sayin theyll give me a "rental iphone" for 30 bucks but ima send it to them tomorrow and they said i should have it thursday and in the box they sent me they sent me a "sim card retrievng tool" or as normal humans call it a paperclip hahahahahaha but ill let yall know when i get it back i hope they dont patch ziphone like aholes ill be pissed

I strongly recommend taking it to the apple store as opposed to sending it in. They will just swap it for a new one for you on the stop. My Friend just did it for the same reason. No questions asked, they just swapped it. Chances are if you send it in they will see you jb it one way or another. They have much more limited resources at the apple store.

i just got a email notifying me that the work is done and its shipping back now fixed so i guess they cant detect if it was jb unless they didnt check

I you restored the iphone the should not detect jb unless they go into great detail.

but it was unlocked wit ziphone so b4 i restored it i was on 1.1.3 wit 4.02
