In-Call options disappeared

Hello all. New member here. Hacked my iPhone 3G and have been loving it until sometime yesterday I noticed the in-call options completely disappeared on me. Even when I'm in the Phone section, whichever tab is highlighted (Favorites, KeyPad, Contacts, Recent, Voicemail) the icon doesn't show anymore.

So essentially I can not Hold, Mute, KeyPad, or use the Speakerphone anymore while on a call. I'm using the Chromium iPhone theme. However, when I revert back to the original theme those icons in the Phone section aren't even there anymore, the in-call options still aren't there, and even the KeyPad isn't there.

As anyone experienced this problem before? Is there a fix to this?
