Default iPhone Commercials Different than Real iPhones?

This has always bothered me a bit so I wanted to see what you guys thought.
In iPhone Commercials the ending always ends with a call being made, in the commercials it looks like this

but for everyone else it's more like this...

    anyone have an explanation?
how come its a small picture next to the person's name and not taking up the whole screen?

it's has to do with how you acquired the callednid image... Taken by camera or off the web.. Than the caller I'd will be full screen... Synced with outlook than it will be small and you see the lock screen image as the caller id and you will have the little picture caller I'd on the top like the commercial... I hope this helped

misplaced is right, if in outllook or address book on your computer, you take the contact and then add a picture to it, THEN sync your iphone, the call will come in like that.

if you edit the contact image on the iphone itself it takes up whole screen.

It's something I wish they'd correct. I hate seeing the little picture and I took much time time initially adding them to Outlook
