Close iTunes... can iBrickr still recognise the iPhone? if so if you have installed something browse through the iPhone and uninstall what you last did which is causing it.
If all else fails you'll most likely have to go for a restore by holding the sleep and home button together to get into DFU/restore mode. Then iTunes should recognise your iPhone for a restore. But check the wiki for steps...
