I hope I'm no the only one with this problem!

Okay so my iphone is a 2G with 2.0.1 pwned firmware and 4.6 bootloader.
It's a 1.1.2 OTB unlocked with anySIM then pwned to 1.1.4 then, well you know the rest. The problem is I have a loud GSM buzz coming from the ear speaker and the people on the receiving end hear it even louder. I have only taken the antenna cover off (had some trouble putting it back on) but otherwise nothing out of the ordinary in usage. I've tried restoring to different firmwares with different bottloaders. There is no buzz when on headphones or speakerphone only when using normally. When I squeeze the antenna cover it changes sometimes better sometimes worse. This leads me in the direction of a faulty antenna cover. The only other thing might be a problem with the ear speaker itself (maybe shielding). Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. If you've had this problem please share your experience. Thanks!
