Lost all notes and camera roll 1.1.3 restore...

I just upgraded to 1.1.3 using the Official Dev Team method from an unlocked 1.1.1 phone and after restoring my phone to my old profile I noticed that nothing restored. Luckly, my contacts and calender was up to date so that was easily replaced but I lost a lot of pictures on my camera roll and lost all my notes!!!! I synced it before I began to mod the phone and I know that they have to be somewhere in iTunes or on my PC but I have no idea on how I can go about searching them. I'm on windows xp ... any advice on where to start?
