I did it, no changes I can see, my phone activated again. (I used iasign orginally)

I also ran jail break, everythin A-ok, must be just more bug-fixes...

I have new ringtones and sms alert via iFuntastic.
Does the new update reverse them again?
If yes, does iFuntastic still work to rehack?

under my name it says " I still use Windows" - well, not true! I've always had Macs. How do I change that phrase?

Geesh, what ironic timing. I decided to try to add a theme to my phone. I had the itunes sync error so I did a full restore & re-added the theme.

I didn't even notice that my iPhone says firmware 1.0.2... I re-modded with iFuntastic & installed a new theme using iPhone interface without realizing that my iPhone had new firmware...

I guess that means I can confirm hacks still work fine... Though my discovery of this again was totally accidental...

I'm just glad I don't have to re-do the entire process over again to get the new firmware version...

they changed the TOS - i recommend everyone read the gay terms of service and realize they just clamped our nuts in a vice grip of power to cancel anyones iphone if they hack -> im not updating for a minute till the dust settles

Installing the 1.0.2 update on my jailbreak'd phone bricked it.

MAKE SURE TO SYNC YOUR PHONE BEFORE RUNNING THE UPDATE.
Also, syncing does not back-up your photos. Make sure to back them up seperately via your preferred method.

Running a restore fixed almost everything, all I lost were my photos and settings. All my other data was restored.

You have been warned. Otherwise, I hope this fixes a lot of bugs

Just tried to update mine. I got an error and then it told me i needed to restore my phone. THIS SUCKS!

waiting for it to download the restore file right now....

edit: sigh...lost all my contacts and pictures

update crashed so it forced me to restore. Once restored iFuntastic could not jailbreak it on the first attempt but on the second!

ok every other time i restore my iphone it says iphone timed out and my contacts would get deleted, this time nothing got deleted and i think im keeping it stock, hope other people have good luck with this one like i did for the first time
