Anysim can not unlock you phone

After downgrade from an upgraded 1.1.3 to 1.1.1 The phone can not dial.

Then I try to run AnySim:

Anysim can not unlock you phone

Then I try the 1.1.2u,

it stay in the waiting for commandcenter for almost an hour

What should I suppose to do?

It was an OTB1.1.1. I use the MMI method to upgrade to 1.1.3 but find I can not use chinese input method, I downgrade it to 1.1.1 again. But the phone is not working.
