So my screen won't recognize my touch on the top and bottom of the screen.

What's weird is i can touch all of my icons on my home screen on the top and bottom but as soon as i enter an app, I lose those parts of the screen.

i've tried everything but a restore, im running 1.1.2 unlocked. ATT sim

any ideas?
