Springboard Problem?

OK, well yesterday i upgraded to 2.0.1 and jailbroke my iphone. Now today i was getting more familiar with Cydia and the new Installer. Well there are these few springboard themes like custom sliders and batteries, i have no clue how to work them...Do i need to download something to enable or choose the one i want to use? because i install them and nothing happens...
Please help?

Also another question how to i restart my springboard??
