Iphone text message problem

i got a problem with my iphone.. when i get text messages... the time is behind...

for example.. i'll recieve a text message at 9 pm.. and my iphone will say i recieved it at 7:50pm or something like that.. my time zone and everthing is set to toronto.. where i live...

what do i do.. please someone help... this is confusing me.. and messing plans up... thanks in advance for the help...!!!

That's a lagging server. The message was actually received by the server at 7:50pm and then sent to you at 9:00pm. Did you have your phone off at any time?

couple of times.. for for the most part.. 90% of the time my phone is on.. the screen is jus locked.. and ill receive the message at the time the person sent it.. but when i look at it in my text messages the time is different from when i received it.. when my iphone is on or off.. either way.. its the same outcome.. pease help

oh ya.. im on fido.. if that helps....

Yes, its server lag then. It shouldn't be happening all the time. If it continues, they'll need to open a network investigation for you.

wht up

i got a question about the 3 3g iphone.
or couple questions

1. does the 3g iphone builds up to only a certain amount of msges?
2. i msged my friend from yahoo and it says Your message to contact could not be delivered because your contact must respond to one of your messages before you can send any more.
but my friend cant msg back
what do i do? do i wait til everything clears up?
or does it clear up on its own? or do i suppose to fix something?
