Genel Q's about the 3G and customizing it..

Ok so i had an original iPhone unlocked and jailbroken and customized it using apps from the installer. That was no problem at all and i kind of kept up to date with what was happening with the iPhone.

Questions are, i now have a 3G iPhone on contract with O2 in the UK (genuine contract with the phone) and i just wanted to know what i need to download and install to be able to customize. Like changing my springboard background, changing display pictures for apps etc. Is there an app i can download to simply do this? or is there not one out yet. Can you easily customize your ringtones on the 3 yet?

Also not sure what all the new lingo is, cydia? pwnage? what is the equivalent to the 3G of the installer app that was on the original iPhone.

you need to use pwnage to install cydia/installer.

For 3g phones there is winterboard(summerboard replacement)
and customize
