I use winamp to watch shoutcasts. I cant figure out how to set up the proxy settings with winamp. Does anyone have any idea if this is possible?

I know you can tether ur iPhone for Internet through firefox. I have that working. I need a way to use that Internet connection for winamp on my pc . I don't know if winamp just won't do that or maybe I need a different program or whatever. Pls help! I've gone through too many pages of google to still come up with nothing!
