Iphone Help

I don't know exactly what "hacked" is but I have installer.app and have been dl programs and games into my iphone. Somehow, today, I installed something wrong, and I got an error. Iphone cannot make or recieve calls. The Iphone is really hot (temperature), and when I plug it into the computer or the power adapter, it doesn't stop rebooting. It won't charge either. HOW do I fix this problem?
I have version 1.1.1 (3A109a)
and Modem Firmware 03.14.08_G
I want to get the iphone back to the original settings. I want to be able to take the iphone back into the store if possible. Most importantly, i want it to work. Please Help me.
