Where do they go

I have a jailbroken 1.1.2 Iphone which i upgraded using the Dev teams upgrade to 1.1.3, everything looks fine and works ok.
I am have managed to get the Customize app working buy changing it in CuteFTP. Now i want to upload a few battery images etc. When i use CuteFTP i can see all my old themes etc in var/mobile/library/customize but they dont show on the phone.
Im assuming they now need to be located somewhere else on the 1.1.3. but where do i put them?
Why does the themes etc still show on CuteFTP and not on the phone now.
