Phone will not connect to service?

Hi there,
Have phone that was working fine for last 6 months. It is version 1.0.2, 8GB, jailbroken with MAC and working ever since on Rogers here in Canada.
Today phone dropped service and soft reset and hard reset doesn't help. Everything else works in the phone, just radio is out.
I don't know if it has anything to do with ssh which was turned off by Ulctl utility (com.openssh.sshd), but like that is from day one (to save on batteries).
Anybody has any idea is phone locked again for some reason or something else is not working? It wasn't synced with iTunes for more than 2-3 weeks.
Please advise. Thank you on advance...
