1.1.1 to 1.1.2 question

Planning to update to 1.1.2 soon because of the 1.1.3 requires 1.1.2
but quick question in terms of if I have an unlocked 1.1.1 do I have to relock it or can I just oktoprep or bosstool then update to 1.1.2?

If you used IPSF (Iphone SimFree) you're fine to upgrade. If you used AnySIM, it will re-lock your phone.

I too am looking to go from my 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 in prep. I have installed oktoprep. Do I have to run anysim 1.1 if I have att service? I can't quite understand what the guides are trying to say....
What are the steps after this?

NOW You have to shift -update to 112,then windows-bat it and jailbreak it first to have installer on...You dont need any sim...

That guide goes all over the place and goes through aimsim and such. I was unable to acutally follow their steps. I have a 1.1.1 unlocked with installer on it now. Please correct me on the next steps:
1. Update (on itunes) to 1.1.2 (have to download fireware separate and force the 1.1.2 and not 1.1.3)
2. After that, run the window.bat - ("java -jar jailbreak.jar") - under there check install ssh and press jailbreak.

Is that is?

did you download the 1.1.2 installer file to use in itunes
okay so I don't have to relock it before upgrade it locks itself nice nice.
