Accidentally turned wiFi off
Accidentally turned wifi off and added a bad lockdownd file. I have a good lockdownd file but I dont' know how to get it on the iphone. I have a USB connection working though. What can I do? Options?

Go to settings> general> network> wifi> turn it on.

Did you try to restore the phone?

guess I can do that but I have a jailbroken 1.1.3 that I'd rather not mess with if I can just get the lockdownd file on there by USB.
incidentally, should I restore to 1.1.2? 1.1.1?
