    Default Source Error please help!

    Hi, i was using cydia, it told me to upgrade some programs. So i did, but then in the middle of the process a source error popped out. it says

    Source error
    undertermined error


    i tried to click the okay button, but the iphone froze, not even the off button works. please help me
