Itunes Apps wont work only Cracked ones

After jailbreaking iphone 3g on 2.0 fw, all apps and 3rd party apps worked fined. Ive install some crack apps, change some permissions here and there and now all my old free apps wont work. They simply load up and after a few seconds they crash and returns to main screen (home). However my cracked apps do still work perfect. Any one know why this happens?
