PLEASE HELP... problem with syncing movies

I bought a couple of movies from itunes and when i try to sync them to my iphone it locks up my whole computer. I have tried to search the web to see if anyone else is having this problem but i found nothing.

Any input would be great.

i have an original 8gig iphone and i have the newest update on it.


please help guys, it sucks that i bought the darn movies but cant put them on my phone.

Locks up your whole computer is pretty vague. Is this only movies bought through iTunes or any movies? Is your computer authorized? Do you get an error message?

i get no message, i have tried a movie bought through itunes and one that i converted.

Basically the whole computer freezes, nothing works, not the mouse, ctrl alt delete, I basically have to hit the restart button.

I will try deleting itunes then reistalling it, my only question to that is what happens to all the stuff i bought through them?
