Sometimes Ziphone does this for some apparent reason.
The only way to fix is by restoring.

I had this happen with a winpwnd 1.1.4 that had been ziphoned under 1.1.3.

I noticed a couple of things. I upgraded to 2.0 then downgraded back to 1.1.4 following the instructions posted elsewhere on the site. I completely erased and rewrote the baseband and then restored and jailbroke using winpwn. Fixed the signal.

I proceeded to install apps and customization. I installed freeboard and made a 5 icon dock. The minute I put the 5th icon on the dock my signal bars dropped from 5 to 1. I did this on 2 2G phones. Same thing. I took the 5th icon off the dock and turned that feature off in Freeboard rebooted the phone a few times and signal came back stronger.
Don't know if its an odd coincidence but just thought I'd throw that out there as a possibility.
