Location of iPhone Firmware for Mac

Where can I find the new firmware for the iPhone which I downloaded through iTunes?

I am using OS X!

Where is the firmware located on XP?

~ is your User home folder. I don't have my Mac with me at the moments, but I believe the folder is called firmwares or something. I'll have to get back to ya, otherwise you can just do a search for .ipsw

No issnt. I have so many backups in iTunes, I just wanna clear till the last one, any idea? I use a iMac with OSX 10.5

Found it, it's in ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup

Or while in iTunes, its iTunes>Preferences>Devices. It'll show all of your backups.
