1.1.3 Wallpaper change

HELP

I did the update to 1.1.3 and everything works good, except one thing, I can not change my wallpaper

I go to Pictures, choose one, set as wallpaper, it says setting, then I reboot but when I go back to the main screen the wallpaer is BLACK still

can anyone help here please
