Question about Iphone and T-Mobile

I'm picking up a Iphone that is Jailbroken and Unlocked today. Once I get it what do I have to do to start using it with T-Mobile? Do I just have to stick the Sim Card in it and the signal gets picked up, or is there something I have to do to get it activated with T-Mobile? Thanks guys, sorry for the beginner question. I can't wait to start playing with this phone
