Iphone only turns off when trying to get to DFU

i've done this multiple times but now my Iphone will only turn off when i try to put it in DFU any ideas?

Re you trying to put into DFU mode and the phone is just shuting off or you cant shut the phone of and a hard reset is the only way,? Be more specific, i really dont even kno wht u are trying to say. But the screen is suppose to be black when in DFU mode, have it pluged into computer whn doing it and the computer will recognize the phone when its in DFU mode even if it looks off.
