please can someone tell me how i can put them on to the iphone with window xp

go to google n search for a website called myxer then just register free they have loads of ringtones u can get them txtd to u but because u have an iPhone u have to download the ringtone first n then open with iTunes n sync (works for all versions of iPhone) n the easiest to use hope this helps
