1st gen 1.1.4 firmware to 2.0 firmware

Hi guys,

I am trying to update my 1st gen 1.1.4 firmware to 2.0 firmware using windows Vista Ultimate. Am I going to b losing everything from 1.1.4 after update? and where is the guide?

Anything not synced up....gone

Anything you can't get by setting up as a new phone ...gone
