Weird Problem with video ringtones - Anyone else having same prob

Ok so I just downloaded the Video Ringtones - I have At&t with ringback tones... I called me cell to test out the video tone and when my iphone started ringing it went silent from my home receiver...anyone else have this issue....any ideas on what to do???
