    Question iPhone backup

I was wondering if there is any way to extract files from the iphone backup. I used to have the original iphone but i sold it to get the new 3g iphone. Unfortunately, i sold it before the 2.0 update came out so my backup is v1.1.4. Now that i have my new 3g iphone i can't restore it using my old backup because itunes wont let me. So, is there a way to extract files out the iphone backup?

There is a script that i found, its called "decode_iphone_backup" and you can find it here:
    iphone-backup-decoder - Google Code

but it only works on OS X, so i was wondering if theres something like that for windows?

or maybe someone can take a look at that script and write one for windows?
