Restore unlocked iphone

Hello!
after i upgraded my iphone from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 i realized that much 3rd party applications and stuff are all over my iphone (when looking around with SSH), i think it is beacouse like this because i used BoosTool when my phone was still 1.1.1... and old settings is still here (from example. extended preferences app)... so now i want to restore my iphone back to normal.. I wonder how i shall do this? do i have to downgrade to 1.1.1 and then jailbreak and anysim, or can i restore my 1.1.2 and jailbreak right away? and will it still be unlocked? thx for ur time!

I need to restore my v3.9 bootloader AnySIM unlocked 1.1.2 phone as well. Can anyone knowledgeable answer the question posed here?
