What is the best RSS reader for the iPhone?

What is the best RSS reader for the iPhone (native or web based?) So far my favorite is Mippin, but it is web based and I would prefer one that is a native app. MobileRSS is pretty good and getting better all the time, but it doesn't save the pics to the phone which I don't like.

Google Reader is by far the best, but it is Web Based.

It also means you can very easily have the same set of subscriptions on your phone and your mac/pc. You can access it from anywhere too.
