you need to find where itunes stores the photos on your computer, you then can make seperate folders in the same place and they will show up in itunes.

mine is located at Macintosh HD/iPhoto Library/Data

you can then goto itunes and select the folders.

you can easily manage your photo albums using windows sofware called uTunephoto.

It should be clear to note that yes you can make folder for your Albums on your computer, but they will not show up as folders on your iPhone, they will show up as categories.

if thats really the case then those programs mentioned are useless

because you can actually create those categories by seperating the pictures with different folders

i use swap camera roll. it opens a new camera roll folder

if your on windows usually you can go to the photo tab in iTunes and select sync photos and point it to a directory you use

i use Dan>Photos>iPhone Photos

then i use ifunbox to grab photos off the phone and sort them into folders in iPhone Photos, then delete them off the device and sync with iTunes
