    Default Iphone Firmware version

    If I brought a brand new iphone from the online apple store, what version would it be and could it be unlocked? Thanks

    Yeah, you can not tell what version it is until you have it in your hands.. and like he said, visit Settings > General > About: It will be the 3 digit number next to "Version".

    As far as it being unlockable, you might want to visit the Unlocking/Activation forum for some help.
