How to sync back from iphones to pc?

Hello...I've just formatted my pc, and obviously I've lost my playlist...but not on my iphone, where it's still alive...the problem is, that when I connect my iphone, itunes want to overwrite its now empty playlist over my full in my iphone...I've the files on my pc, but recreate every plastlist it's a pain in the ***....so, it's possible to recreate the one into itunes, reading the one that is on my iphone?
Hope someone can help me (and understand what I've said, lol)
