Cydia after winpwn

I think this is the correct place to post this...
Can someone please educate me on the matter? I with the help of some great patient people winpwn 2.0 my 1st gen IPhone.
The thing is I could only accomplish it one way of many and that included NOT selecting Cydia package. I know there is a fix coming out for the Cydia windows problem, but how do i get Cydia on my IPhone do i follow all the steps i did to Pwn it again? or can i use windows total commander to move it over manually? can i do it manually now or do I still have to wait for the fix to come out? Thanks for any input on the subject
