Forgotten my sync cable .. can I trasnfer with ssh?!

Disaster, I am going on a trip with work (where I am now) and i have forgotten my sync cable. I have iTunes atwork, so is it possible to transfer some podcasts and music via ssh?

I have a 3g Jailbroken 8gb

work collegues havesome, but it was the lonely journey I wanted it for. I'm on my way now so I bought vay and will play that until it kills my battery!!
