Iphone 2.0 - Region & Appsupport patch needed

I am from CY : CYPRUS.
I am on 2.0.1 and my problem is that I cannot get the phone number template plist to open so I can edit the settings for my country. Can anyone help?
our numbers are as follow:
+357 24651444 LANDLINES (no area codes 8 digit numbers)
+357 99634537 MOBILES ( always 8 digit numbers.

I tried all files attached in this thread but non of them worked for Saudi Arabia

Here are our phone formats:

I. Mobile Phones:
With international code: +966-5-XXXXXXXX
Without international code: 05-XXXXXXXX

II. Land Lines:
With international code: +966-X-XXXXXXX
Without international code: 0X-XXXXXXX

+ sign can be replaced with 00 for international calls.

I'd appreciate it if anyone can help me resolve the caller ID issue.

Please help me editing it for Ecuador, the caller id works but sms doesn't, cellular numbers here are in this format 098323466 when the sms arrives i see +59398323466

The old appsupport template i used and worked is

The PhoneNumberTemplates.plist modification was working fine on my 2.0.2 FW, but I just installed 2.1 FW and when trying to do it again, I realized there is no such file anymore. Damn!

those of you still on 2.0.2, theres a 50 fix caller IF patch available in Installer ONLY. try that, it worked for me

I'm also on 2.1 and need a "patch" anyone got it working in UK. I have a vodafone sim in but when anyone calls it just shows 07919******** and not +447919****** as it used to do on my 2g iphone. help would be great thanks all

there are two fixes that i know of, the CallerID patch in Installer, and the Net Local (or something similar) Patch in Cydia. I used the CallerID 55 Fix on my 2g with 2.1fw, and it worked

this may be a silly question but there's just no way for me to test it. my sister lives in australia and it's still currently running 1.1.4 on her 2g iphone. would she need this patch if she upgrades to 2.1? i was assuming that since Australia is one of the options in the region format under settings that she may not but i want to confirm before i walk her through the upgrade/pwning process. thanks in advance for any information

I seemed to have gotten this to work on 1.14 but can't get it to work for me on 2.1. VIM can you help? When I load the file that used to work it freezes the Phonebook functions.
