OOkkkaaayyyy number 1:

looking at this new winpwn i am wondering what i do if i already restored to 2.0 and i am wondering if ican ust pwn it that way or do ineed to downgrade back 2 1.1.4

second:

Will installer still be functional or will cydia be the only one to be able to use. also if anyone has an idea of when the windows version is coming out please tell me.

you can use pwn tool from 2.0 i believe, cydia is the only pakaging app that is working at the moment. there isnt many apps out yet, installer will come at some point but there is really no need for it. Cydia PWNS... A windows version will come out very very soon. a few days maybe
