unlocked 2.0 on 1st gen, itunes "update communication settings"?

i did the 2.0 upgrade with the custom ipsw and now when i connect to itunes a boc pops up that says there is a communications update for my phone?
not sure what it means, and i am afraid to try it cause it could be apples unlocked phone bomb!

anyone clicked on this yet?
wondering what it means but not doin it myself! just got 2.0 unocked and cutomized, not ready to do it again!

mods, feel free to move this to a more appropriate area!

yeah i still havent clicked it but i noticed any apps i try to sync to the phone, says not authorized for this comp? wont install.
