Need help with LCD/ pixel problem

So heres the thing, I recently found out that there have been some gray and pink(?) pixels in the top right corner of my iphone which is still 1.1.1, yah i know >.<. I didnt mind it but then they got longer. So theyre now halfway through my screen. Its very annoying. Anyone else experience this? Is there a solution?

Does it happen with certain programs? Did you ever notice them when you first got the phone?
