Transfering info from iPhone to computer

Normally I would just look this up myself, but I am at my parents' place (they use dial-up) and the internet is very sporadic and this is one of these miracle times that it is actually working) I was looking to transfer my info from my iphone to the computer (cause I want to pwn the 2.0 firmware onto my 2g iphone) and was wondering the best software to use.)

i use either PhoneView or PodWorks for Mac....these are just for Music, Videos, Contacts, Calendars, Photos...very easy to use...transfer stuff both ways.

if i want to see the whole directory of my iphone and wanted to download from it to my Mac...i would use Transmit...of course vice versa..both ways also.

if youre on Windows, try PCSuite.
