ok so my iphone stopped charging because i think the pins may be unaligned, so when i try to plug it in through the computer or a wall socket, it doesnt work and ive tried my friends iphone charger wire, so im sure its just my phone. so now i need to get it replaced, and my warranty is still alive. the problem is my phone is hacked, and i cant restore because it cant connect, and i dont think they'll replace my phone if its hacked. what should i do?
there are probably other ways to approach this but if i was in your situation (you're an AT&T customer right?), i think i'd put the phone in recovery mode and bring it to the apple store and tell them that you were having issues with your phone and when attempting to restore, you realized your connector may be broken as nothing will recognize the phone...as long as you have a valid AT&T account, i don't see why it'd be a problem
