AppStore Apps all crashing..

I have a 1st gen, 16GB iPhone, not jailbroken, not unlocked, just activated straight through iTunes, and have 2.0 on it.

I really don't know what caused this, but it must've been caused when I synced my phone or when I updated to the newest 2.0 (I had the 2.0 that was the early release version). Now, whenever I open an App, it automatically crashes before it can even open. What have I done? I'm running a restore on my phone as I type, so maybe it will fix then, i'm not sure.

Any advice out there? I probably did something real stupid lol.

BTW, when I last synced my phone, all the Apps were checked that I wanted to be on my phone, I know I did that right.

I read some were you can delete all apps, then resync them through iTunes.
