Try Arkon for car iPhone Mounts
To answer your question, it all depends on where you want to mount your iPhone in the car. Arkon offers more choices than any other manufacturer. They have 9 car mounts for iPhone including a windshield mount, cup holder mount, adhesive dash mount, friction dash mount, removable air vent mount, lighter socket mount, and even a sun visor mount for the iPhone.
Their custom cradle is ideal for both the iPhone 3G and iPhone original so long as you don't have any protective case on your phone. See </title><!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang="en" xml:lang="en"> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html
However, if you are using a case or other protective type cover on your phone, then go for the universal side grip holders for the iPhone shown at </title><!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang="en" xml:lang="en"> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html

mounting wise, i use a suction windscreen mount.
i would always recommend aux input to your head unit though. not one head unit on the market is easier to navigate your tunez with than the iphone itself. The Original Autobot of MMiJesus couldn't turn into a fire engine
