my iphone is unlocked/jailbreaked using ziphone. The pc my iphone is synced with crashed, is it ok to sync my iphone to another pc? If I use another pc would it lock my iphone?

It shouldn't lock your iPhone. It will just erase whatever music, etc., that you have on it.
