Purchased music?

Ok so I have filled my iPhone and would like to exchange some stuff on it. But when I try to take my purchased music off my iTunes playlist so it will take it off the iPhone when I sync it, it just copys my purchased music off my iPhone back into my playlist. I'm really getting frustrated because I have no idea now how to remove this music off my iPhone.

I personally dont pay for the music... so I download it, sync it, and delete, and i dont delete the playlist, so u can see the name of the songs and when i sync other stuff.. .the songs stay... now if i (even by mistake) uncheck one of the playlists... all the songs are gone... so if u wanna delete something... just uncheck the playlists' box or even move the songs from 1 folder to another.
